This has to be one of the easiest pork chop recipes ever, but the flavors are really yummy together.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the desired number of pork chops in an appropriately sized pan. Place 1 tbsp of brown sugar on top of every chop. Place 1 tbsp of butter on top of brown sugar. Sprinkle all with soy sauce. Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes until browned.
